Immobilization of hyaluronate on cellulose fibres and its use for the isolation of cartilage components

Abstract 1. 1. Hyaluronate containing protein was isolated from rooster comb. 2. 2. An affinity chromatography matrix of cellulose hyaluronate was prepared. 3. 3. The matrix binds only aggregable proteoglycans, chondroitinase degraded proteoglycans and link protein.
