Выживаемость зародышей амфибий после воздействия модулированного ультразвука терапевтического диапазона интенсивностей

2010
The influence of amplitude-modulated therapeutic ultrasound on the embryonic development of grass frog Rana temporaria has been studied. The treatment of intact embryos at the blastula stage with modulated ultrasound of generation frequency 0.88 MHz, intensity 0.4 W/cm2, and modulated frequency 40 and 98 Hz for 5 min increased the proportion of normally developing embryos up to hatch. Also some frequencies of modulation of ultrasound causing decrease in survival rate of amphibian embryos are found out.
