Digitalisation HR-management Used Bi-adaptive and Foresight Models

The scientific task of the digitalization of HR-management system for project-oriented organizations has been formulated. The scientific novelty of the article is included in the use of bi-adaptive models and foresight models for IT systems of HR management. The main parameters of the IT system of human resources management, that require the use of bi-adaptation, are highlighted. Foresight models that are necessary for the digitalization of HR management are identified. The application of the proposed approach for the creation of Call-centers of project-oriented companies is described. The results of the experiment, which showed the prospects of the proposed approach, are presented, the results are analyzed.
