Normal-temperature curing type flame-retardant anti-cracking low-halogen epoxy pouring sealant for automotive ignition coil
2012
The invention relates to the field of high polymer chemistry, and particularly relates to a normal-temperature curing type flame-retardant anti-cracking low-halogen epoxy pouring sealant for an automotive ignition coil. The normal-temperature curing type flame-retardant anti-cracking low-halogen epoxy pouring sealant comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises low-halogen bisphenol A epoxy resin, an activity polyurethane modified toughening agent, a diluent, aluminium hydroxide and alumina; and the component B comprises an alicyclic amine curing agent and a polyether amine curing agent. The invention also provides a preparation method and pouring technology of the normal-temperature curing type flame-retardant anti-cracking low-halogen epoxy pouring sealant for the automotive ignition coil. The normal-temperature curing type flame-retardant anti-cracking low-halogen epoxy pouring sealant for the automotive ignition coil, provided by the invention, resists high temperature of 160 DEG C and puncture voltage of 28-31kV, has halogen-free flame-retardant performance, does not crack after 100 times of cold and hot circulation at the temperate of minus 40 DEG C to 130 DEG C and can be cured at normal temperature.
