The real-time testing device comprising measuring components, detachable components and fixed components, wherein the fixed components comprise a base and an external mold, the external mold is arranged on the edge of the base and is vertical to the base; the detachable components comprise a circular internal mold which is vertical to the base, and the diameter of the circular internal mold is 0.5 to 0.8 times the width of the external mold; and the measuring components comprise dial indicators and test probes, the dial indicators pass through holes arranged in the external mold and the circular internal mold, the test probes are pre-buried in a test piece at positions correspond to the dial indicators. According to the real-time testing device for volume deformation of the cement-based composite materials after hardening, the test piece is molded in the circular internal mold whose diameter is considerably larger than the height, after the free setting, hardening and deformation of the test piece in the external mold whose diameter is larger than that of the circular internal mold, the dial indicators are used for continuously testing the radial deformation amount after the initial setting of the test piece, the testing device can effectively, continuously and accurately test the shrinkage deformation of the cement-based composite materials after hardening on the premise that the test piece is not moved, and the deformation of the test piece is not constrained by peripheral vessels.
