공동주택 리모델링 전후 평면변화 비교분석

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the change of the unit plan of the remodeling apartment complex completed in Seoul before and after remodeling. The analysis target is the unit plan of the 14 residential complexes of the remodeling apartments completed from 2001 to 2014. The contents of analysis were focused on the expansion direction, change of living direction, space composition, bay change. The analytical method was a method of objectively describing the contents by comparing the changed plans according to the analysis contents. The results of the analysis are as follows. 1)The direction of expansion is generally front and rear, and when the depth of the unit is deep, void insertion type may be adopted. The unit at the end shows various changes through extension. 2)In some cases, the bay of a unit may be retained, but there are many changes associated with the increase in area. 3)In the nLDK type, the room size, number and spatial composition were changed. 4)The direction of life is general on the front and back, but extended to front and back, side, front and side.
