Prechamber spark plug assembly and method of facilitating combustion in an internal combustion engine

A prechamber spark plug assembly (300) comprising: a prechamber (304) and a spark plug (306) disposed within the prechamber (304); a jacket (334); an end cap (340) of the shell (334) having a plurality of vent holes (324); an insulator (312) disposed within the shell (334); a center electrode (310) coaxially surrounded by the insulator (312) and extending into the prechamber (304), the prechamber (304) being defined by the skirt (334) and the end cap (340); and a ground electrode (308) attached to the insulator (312) and surrounding and including a distal end of the center electrode (310): a tubular inner ring disposed in and spaced from a position surrounding the center electrode (310), and a circumferential extension staggered radially with respect to the tubular inner ring, extending axially beyond the distal end of the center electrode (310) and forming an aerodynamic nose cone, the aerodynamic nose cone being secured to the ground electrode (308) to form an aerodynamic stowage device.
