Copper-containing ultrafme powders were synthesized from copper dichloride solutions by electrochemical reduction. Morphological and size parameters of particles were analyzed using atomic-force microscope. It is shown that isopropyl alcohol addition led to the significant changes of average size and chemical composition of particles. The isopropyl alcohol admixture shifts the components ratio into powder to the increase of copper oxide (I) concentration.
