Handle (2) which can be used with a set (8) rotating a cutting blade as suitable powered surgical apparatus for use in sinus surgery, the handle comprising: an upper portion (32) defining a distal section that can be connected to the entire cutting blade, including an inner rotary member defining a cutting surface and an outer tube defining a cutting window; a motor (38) assembly adapted to rotate the inner member such that the cutting surface cuts tissue in contact therewith; and a lower portion (34) extending downwardly from the top, so as to define an angle less than 90 ° with the distal section of the top, wherein the top includes an assembly of a collet (36) manually rotatable located in the distal section thereof, may be connected set of the chuck to the outer tube, such that manual rotation of the set of the chuck results in rotation exterior and thereby reorienting the cutting window, a part of the motor assembly inside the bottom being disposed at least tube.
