This text focuses on the definition and analysis of digital commerce, the advantages and disadvantages that it can provide to a company. In addition, the concepts related to digital commerce are explained and emphasized, so that a complete picture is given of the way in which this new market model is taking place. Likewise, it talks about concepts that, although they do not belong to the internal part of e-commerce, are fundamental elements of the virtual society and affect the economy in general. For this, a descriptive analysis of the way it affects digital commerce is used and what we can take out of this to take advantage of digital tools and exploit the potential of our company to the maximum. Finally, we will talk about the way in which E-commerce affects our society in the social, economic and labor fields.
