Synthesis of Dibutyl Phthalate Catalyzed by Sodium Bisulfate under Microwave Irradiation

The synthesis of dibutyl phthalate was performed in the presence of sodium bisulfate.And the optimal reaction conditions were as follow:the molar ratio of phthalic anhydride and n-butanol,and sodium bisulfate was 1∶4∶0.22 respectively,microwave power and microwave irradiation time were 650 W and 36 min respectively,the conversion rate of phthalic anhydride in the synthesis of DBP was up to 98.0%.
