The invention discloses a Si/C-graphene composite material and an application. According to the Si/C-graphene composite material, nano-silicon powder and flake graphite are mixed according to a certain weight ratio, and dry method ball-milling is carried out, thereby mixing the nano-silicon powder and flake graphite uniformly and obtaining Si/FG; the Si/FG, saccharide and polymer are mixed in deionized water, and wet method ball-milling is carried out, thereby obtaining mixed suspension; spray drying is carried out on the mixed suspension, thereby obtaining Si/FG-saccharide-polymer mixture, and carrying out high temperature processing on the Si/FG-saccharide-polymer mixture, thereby obtaining a Si/C composite material; graphite oxide is reduced into graphene in the deionized water by employing hydrazine hydrate; the graphene is dispersed in the deionized water, ultrasonic stirring is carried, the graphene is mixed uniformly, the Si/C composite material is added, the ultrasonic stirring is carried, the graphene and the Si/C composite material are mixed uniformly, and suction filtration and drying are carried out, thereby obtaining the Si/C-graphene composite material. The graphene bridged silicon/carbon composite material is characterized in simple production technology, low cost and short period and is applicable to industrial production.
