Chondroma of the hyoid bone: A case report

Abstract Chondroma of the hyoid bone is extremely rare. We report the case of a 24-year-old woman with a chondroma of the greater cornu of the hyoid bone. In addition, we discuss the clinical and pathologic differential diagnoses. (Oral Surg Oral Med Oral Pathol Oral Radiol Endod 1999;88:333-6)
