Determination of Urinary Mercury by Microwave Digest-Hydride Generation Atom Fluorescence Spectrometry

2011
[Objective] To explore the optimum method for determination of urinary mercury.[Methods]Microwave digest-hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was adopted for urinary mercury determination.[Results]Under optimum condition, the detection limit of Mercury was 0.069 1 μg/L;the recoveries of mercury was 89.4%~104.4%;RSD was 4.91%~7.98%.[Conclusion]This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate with less interference and wide linear range.
