A Study on Microwave Sterilization of Solid Culture Medium

In this paper the microwave sterilization technique solid culture medium in fungus growth is studied.The results show that microwave can sterilize the useless microonganism of solid culture medium,but has no effect on fungus growth.It has the characteristics of short sterilization time and high efficiency compared with the traditional way of sterilization.The technique has provided basis for the application of microware in fungus production.
