The present invention discloses a DC supply voltage and the short-term power interruption mutation simulation test device, comprising a manual switch coupled with the test system, the manual switch to the DC supply voltage in parallel to a variable load mutant; the manual switch by the first switching power supply network access device, respectively, between the ends of the second parallel connection of the first switching device of the switching device and the power supply network, with the manual test switch between systems; the first switching device, second switching device are connected to the microprocessor. Test apparatus of the present invention can be controlled by a microprocessor to ensure that the switching device is completely turned off, precise control of two switching devices turned off and closed the precise time, to precisely control the DC short-time power supply interruption; mutant supply voltage during simulation test when no manual access resistance, thereby reducing labor intensity and improve the security test; mutated voltage can be extremely short delay time, so as to better simulate reality.
