2018
In order to seek new measures to protect plants against diseases, alternative agriculture through the use of medicinal plants has been much studied. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of rosemary extract, cloves, cinnamon, garlic and guaco, under different sterilization methods (water bath at 65 oC for 1 hour, water bath at 85 oC for 1 hour; Autoclaving at 110 ° C for 20 minutes and autoclaving at 120 ° C for 20 minutes) in the mycelial growth of M. phaseolina . The AACCM was found for each form of sterilization in the extracts used. The extracts of rosemary, garlic and clove have an antifungal potential against M. phaseolina verified for the method of sterilization autoclaving at 120 oC for 20 minutes, water bath at 65 oC and 85 oC for 1 hour and all methods evaluated respectively.
