Translocation of ribonuclease through the membrane of liposomes of various lipid composition

: It was demonstrated that the incorporation of RNAase into liposomes and the activity of the incorporated enzyme depends on the lipid composition of liposomes. The enzyme transfer across membranes was demonstrated, and the quantitative characteristics of this process were obtained. It was found that the rate of transfer and the amount of the transferred enzyme depend on the lipid composition of membranes.
