The invention discloses a micro-fluidic chip for arrayed nucleic acid detection. The micro-fluidic chip comprises a disc, a first arc cavity, a second arc cavity and a third arc cavity. A sample injection port is formed in one end of the first arc cavity, and a first pipeline is arranged at the other end of the first arc cavity. The second arc cavity is located in the periphery of the first arc cavity, one end of the second arc cavity is connected with the first pipeline, and a second pipeline is arranged at the other end of the second arc cavity. A third pipeline is further arranged at the end, close to the first pipeline, of the second arc cavity. A plurality of fourth pipelines are arranged in the direction, away from the axis, of the third arc cavity and are connected with a reaction cavity. One end of the third arc cavity is connected with the third pipeline, and a waste liquid cavity is formed in the other end of the third arc cavity. A micro pump and a micro valve are integrated on the micro-fluidic chip, the integration level is increased, a detection result can be rapidly and accurately obtained, operation time is shortened, clinical application of nucleic acid detection is promoted, related viruses can be better and more conveniently detected, and the advantage of timely diagnosis is embodied.
