Processing method of sludge dewatering

The invention relates to a processing method of sludge dewatering. Organic solvent and sludge processed by mechanical dehydration with a mass ratio of 0.5-1.7 times are placed in a reaction system containing a mixer, a shunt valve and a condensation pipe, the mixture is heated to reflux temperature for refluxing and the temperature is maintained until moisture content evaporation amount does not increase within 5-10min, then the mixture is cooled to room temperature and treated by suction filtration; and then the organic solvent and the sludge are separated, and the organic solvent is recycled. The mass of dehydrated water of the sludge accounts for 65-75% of the mass of the original sludge; the dehydrated water enters a waste water treatment plant to be treated as ordinary sanitary wastewater, the remaining sludge can be used as fuel applied to generate electricity by using garbage of a refuse-burning plant. The sludge processed in the way has sharply reduced water content and transformed from a soft state to a solid state with the size reduced to one fourth of the original size; in addition the processed sludge is easy to be transported and dissolved, thus providing a simple andeffective method for dehydration processing and disposal of the sludge.
