The article indicates the significance of the formation of multicultural personality in the polyethnic component of the modern educational space. The author highlighted of the structural components of the model of multicultural personality (ethnocultural representation, ethnocultural awareness, ethnic identity, ethnic tolerance, ethnocultural position, ethnocultural self-realization) which acquire specifics of the formation at each age stage of development. Shows the possibility of formation of multicultural personality of schoolchldren´s on the based on step by step socialization in the polyethnic education space at the monocultural (mastering the native ethnocultural and methods of thinking characteristic to it), polycultural (comprehension of the ethnocultures of peoples of a specific region), intercultural (ability for intercultural interaction and a dialogue) levels. Age features allow you to define conditions and to identify areas of the pedagogical support of the formation of polycultural personality of schoolchildren´s in the conditions of polyethnic educational space.
