MENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS DI BIDANG RIAS MELALUI KEGIATAN STUDENT DAY DI SMA PLUS PGRI CIBINONG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) pelaksanaan mata pelajaran muatan lokal melalui kegiatan student day pada SMA PLUS PGRI Cibinong, (2) meningkatkan kreativitas siswi melalui mata pelajaran muatan lokal berupa keterampilan dengan kegiatan Student day . Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang dilakukan di SMA PLUS PGRI Cibinong. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru. Objek penelitian adalah pelaksanaan mata pelajaran muatan lokal melalui kegiatan student day, usaha guru dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa serta mengembangkan potensi seni dan budaya yang dimiliki siswa dengan harapan siswa dapat lebih produktif sehingga memiliki bekal untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ataupun langsung terjun ke dunia kerja yang sesuai dengan minat masing-masing. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan mata pelajaran muatan lokal melalui kegiatan student day sudah sesuai dengan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, kegiatan student day dapat meningkatkan kreativitas salah satunya adalah kreativitas merias. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa student day menjadi salah satu alternatif yang baik untuk meningkatkan kreativitas merias siswi tata rias. Kata kunci: Meningkatkan kreativitas, Student day This study aims to describe: (1) the implementation of local content subjects through student day activities at SMA PLUS PGRI Cibinong, (2) enhancing student creativity through local content subjects in the form of skills with Student day activities. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, which was conducted at Plus PGRI Cibinong High School. The subjects of this study were students and teachers. The object of this study is the implementation of local content subjects through student day activities, teacher efforts in enhancing student creativity and developing the artistic and cultural potential of students in the hope that students can be more productive so that they have the provision to continue their education or go directly to the world of work with their own interests each. The research data was obtained through observation, interviews and document analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of local content subjects through student day activities is are suitable with the planned implementation of learning, student day activities can enhance creativity, one of them is make up creativity. The results of the study concluded that student day was a good alternative to improve the creativity of make up students. Key words: Increase creativity, Student day
