Результаты хирургического лечения ахалазии пищевода

The objective of research is assessment of the next and remote results of esophagoplasty at patients with gullet achalasia. Materials and methods. The gullet extirpation with esophagoplasty is performed at 47 patients with the diagnosis of a gullet achalasia. Patients are examined in terms from 1 month till 10 years after operation. Results and discussion. The asthenic syndrome was registered at 53,2% of patients in the first 6 months after operation. 20 patients had anastomosis of stenosis. 3 types of blood supply of transplant are revealed at endoultrasound research. Conclusions. The gullet extirpation at achalasia of the IV stage of a disease is effective surgical intervention.
