Manufacturing technology for the steel underframe of C80 Al-alloy coal gondola

By analyzing the structural features and welding procedures for the underframe and center sill of type C80 aluminum alloy coal wagon, the paper describes the manufacturing technologies to ensure the quality of steel underframe structure of wagon through the application of appropriate manufacturing procedures and tooling.
