Tibial agenesis : a new rationale in management of type II-report of three cases with long-term follow-up

The purpose of this article is to present three cases of type II tibial agenesis treated by four basic steps: (a) correction of the foot shortly after birth, followed by (b) fibular tibial diaphyseal reconstruction, (c) alignment of the axis of the leg with the foot, and (d) limb lengthening by the Ilizarov technique
