Dialogismo y dialógicas en trabajadores gubernamentales en Boyacá, en el marco de los Acuerdos de Paz en Colombia

The present work exposes the relations between the dialogic concept and the positions of government workers of the department of Boyaca, who participated between November and December of 2017, in a course dedicated to the sensitization of the context of transition towards peace. The results derive from the action-research carried out by the course coordinators. The findings come from the construction phase of a collective position, an exercise of deliberation and public participation. They highlighted the following issues in the taking of position: family values and principles, appreciation of collective work, relations of dialogue and communication, democratic participation, solidarity and free exercise of thought and expression. It is concluded that this exercise promotes the analysis of the paradoxical conditions in which public servants represent their ethical participation, in situations of social and democratic conflict, favoring their inclusion with agents of change.
