Simulation and Optimization of the Hydraulic System of 3000T Automatic Hydraulic Machine

The hydraulic model was set up and the dynamic simulation was processed under the AMESim simulation environment by analyzing the working principle of the 3000T Hydraulic Machine. The relation curves versus time were obtained, which represented the working process of the press part. Then some defects of the hydraulic system were appeared according to the curves, and they were optimized and improved eventually
