Adaptive Dynamics Analysis of Single Branch Multi-stage Gear Transmission System

Based on the fundamental theory of gear system dynamics,the multi-DOF(Degree of Freedom) dynamics behaviors of single branch multi-stage gear transmission system are researched,and then the dynamics model and solving method are presented.The corresponding adaptive system dynamics computing program is developed under MATLAB environment,which can automatically generate dynamics model according to the stage number of gear transmission system.Finally,a two-stage gear transmission system as example,the dynamics performances of system mode,dynamic load and dynamic load coefficient are analyzed.
