She is the CTO! : Developing MANGA cases in IT education

We have developed “MANGA” case textbooks for professional education. In our former two cases, female characters are not described as higher-positioned, though they plays important roles. To avoid enhancing subconscious stereotype on gender role, we produced the third case with female CTO of a venture company. Feedbacks from classrooms showed that they focused on the woman as the most impressive character in the story
