Microwave susceptor material incorporating a coating having a silicate binder and an active constituent.

1991
It ARISES a microwave susceptor including a dielectric substrate and a dry layer of active coating material microwaving overlaying at least partially the substrate. The coating material includes an amalgamator SILICATE and an active constituent and the weight ratio Silicate ASSETS WITH RESPECT TO CONSTITUTIONAL is about 98: 2 or less (SILICATE LESS BY EJ.). DRY FILM HAS CONTINUITY ELECTRICAL AND CONTAINS A CONSTITUENT CONCENTRATION OF ACTIVE SURFACE OF AROUND A GRAM per square meter or greater. It PREFERS AS sodium silicate and graphite amalgamator as a substituent ACTIVE. Also possible to add other additives such as saccharides, glycerine and plasticizers FALLING TO INHIBIT THERMAL AND FLEXIBILITY INCREASING LAYER SECA. SUBCEPTOR CAN THE MODERATE HEAT exhibit characteristics or even a high heat resistance IF DESIRED. AS POSSIBLE USES OF THIS MATERIAL COATING A LASMICROONDAS ASSETS CAN BE FOUND WITH A SUBSCEPTOR VESSELS BACKUP, BACKUP SYSTEM INCLUDING AN INDOOR DOME SHAPED CAN BE USED TO FORM A PACKAGE, AND A CONTAINER FOR FRYING.
