Immune Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of H9N2 Avian Influenza(Strain SS) Inactivated Vaccine Prepared by Different Oil Adjuvants

The physical properties,safety,immune efficacy and vaccine residual of 16 kinds of H9N2 avian influenza(Strain SS) inactivated vaccines prepared by 8 kinds of different oil adjuvants were examined,and the appearance,dosage form,stability and viscosity of vaccines were accorded with national standard. The results showed that HI antibody titer of 16 kinds of avian influenza inactivated vaccines were all exceeded 11 log 2 when injected SPF chicken after 3 weeks,the results of H9N2 vaccine residual experiment confirmed that most of vaccine had residual.
