Pro-Social Behavior on Business Resilience: Kepemimpinan UMKM dalam Melintas Krisis Covid-19

Small medium enterprises as the main pillars in the national economy need business resilience to face the Covid-19 crisis. The pro-social behavior of SME’s owners is one of the phenomena that is most often recognized as the reason why SMEs are kept in business. This article is an attempt to elaborate business resilience in SME and seeks to elaborate on the influence of pro-social behavior on MSME business resilience. Does the owner's prosocial behavior have more impact rather than the implementation of the Covid-19 protocol to build business resilience? This article is based on quantitative and cross-sectional study which involved on 506 owners and / or managers of SME in Sumatera and Java. The data collected through online questionnaires were processed using the PLS-SEM (structural partial least square equation modeling) approach. The results of the data analysis explain that in dealing with Covid-19, SME need pro-social behavior approach in leading business. Pro-social behavior also influences the implementation Covid-19 protocol in daily business activity.
