High-voltage direct current relay with microswitch

2016
The invention discloses a high-voltage direct current relay with a microswitch. The high-voltage direct current relay comprises a push rod, a movable contact spring, a shifting block and the microswitch, a first limit part is arranged at one end of the push rod, the shifting block and the movable contact spring are respectively movably arranged on the inner side of the first limit part of the push rod, the shifting block is further matched with the microswitch, a second limit part used for limiting the displacement space of the shifting block is further arranged at one end of the push rod, then a preset gap is left between the shifting block and the first limit part and the second limit part, and the gap allows the shifting block to backspace. After the structure is adopted, the influence on the contact reliability of the relay, caused by the existence of the shifting block, in the prior art is effectively eliminated, so that the contact between the movable contact spring and a static contact point is more reliable when the relay acts.
