Seedling grafting method

The invention discloses a seedling grafting method. The method comprises the following steps of (1) selecting a graft with full buds, cutting at the part 1-1.5cm above the branch bud of the graft, straightly, downwards and flatly cutting to the part 2.0cm under the bud with xylem part, transversely and obliquely cutting to obtain a bud slice, and soaking in auxin before grafting; (2) before grafting, applying a fertilizer to a stock once at morning and evening for seven days, forming an incision at the stock part 20cm away from the ground, and enabling the length and width of the cutting surface of the incision to be same with the length and width of the graft; (3) inserting the graft into the incision of the stock, tightly attaching to the incision surface of the stock, pressing and tightening by a plastic film strips circle by circle, and tightly winding and tightening the incision except for the bud; observing for three days, and re-grafting the un-survived bud. The grafting method has the advantages that the graft is soaked by the auxin, so nutrients are provided for the graft; the stock is irrigated in advance, so the nutrient requirements of the graft and the stock are sufficiently met, and the survival rate of the seedling grafting is effectively improved.
