Composite methods of three indentical β-diketone ligands composition,the light mechanism of the complex compound and the influence on light intensity of the complex compound were introduced.The complex compound can emits the characteristic fluorescence.To put the complex compound into film,by the light conversion,the photosynthesis will be improved,and plants will be precocity ,high crop.
