The aging is reflected in several biopsicosocial changings that can drive the senior to new adaptation processes and several diseases. The question of living with quality of life in the “third age” becomes a challenge. The study aimed to evaluate the seniors’ qualities of life. These aged ones are users of the Basic Health Units at Central-West’s Coordination at Sao Paulo city, Brazil. Were evaluated 361 seniors by means of WHOQOL-BREF (instrument of life quality). The data were analyzed through SSPS. In spite of the researched sample consist in seniors that depend on the public services of health, it is observed in the evaluated answers, a satisfaction degree and elevated optimism in relation to its life quality.
