The invention provides an electric energy metering device working condition simulation platform. A measurement and control cabinet of the platform is connected with a single-phase multifunctional counting table or a three-phase multifunctional counting table in a switched mode through a selective switch, connected with a dynamic simulation power source or commercial power in a switched mode through another arranged selective switch, and respectively connected with an electric energy quality analyzer and a wave recorder, the single-phase multifunctional counting table and the three-phase multifunctional counting table are respectively connected with an RLC alternating current load, and a control computer respectively controls the electric energy quality analyzer, the wave recorder, the dynamic simulation power source, the single-phase multifunctional counting table, the three-phase multifunctional counting table and the RLC alternating current load. According to the electric energy metering device working condition simulation platform, test data supports and test result arguments are provided for the modification and the improvement of an existing metering standard system.
