Doubled silk sheet glass and production process thereof

The invention relates to the field of decorative materials and particularly relates to doubled silk sheet glass and a production process thereof. The doubled silk sheet glass comprises a first protective film layer, a first glass base layer, a sprayed adhesive layer, a second glass base layer and a second protective film layer which are of sandwich arrangement sequentially, wherein the sprayed adhesive layer is sprayed between the first glass base layer and the second glass base layer so as to bond the first and second glass base layers, the first protective film layer is stuck to one face, departed from the sprayed adhesive layer, of the first glass base layer, the second protective film layer is stuck to one face, departed from the sprayed adhesive layer, of the second glass base layer, and the sprayed adhesive layer is scattered into a silk shape; the first glass base layer is made from clear glass, the second glass base layer is made from silver mirror glass, and a paint coating of the second glass base layer is bonded to the sprayed adhesive layer. The doubled silk sheet glass provided by the invention is attractive in appearance, good in decorative effect and high in safety performance.
