Poziom satysfakcji korzystania z Biblioteki Politechniki Łódzkiej wśród studentów i doktorantów

The academic library which is bound to fulfill specific functions at the university has to take into consideration the needs of the environment. One of the ways to identify users' needs is to conduct a survey. The article presents the results of the satisfaction survey of both BA/MA and PhD students at the Lodz University of Technology which was carried out in 2019. The analysis of satisfaction levels was not limited to determine the degree of contentment with provided services or collections which was visible in closed-question answers. Opinions which were included in answers to open questions were provided with an in-depth review. These views became the basis for scheduled changes which take into consideration the expectations of the surveyed group of users.
