Detektiranje artefakta smrzavanja slike u videu

This work describes the classification of objective methods used in video quality assessment. Manifestation of freezing artefacts is presented. An overview of existing algorithms for the detection of freezing artefacts is shown. In this work, a novel algorithm for no-reference video freezing detection is proposed. Results obtained from the proposed algorithm are compared to those of existing algorithms for video freezing detection. New algorithm shows the high performance and high level of robustness.
