Method for automatically correcting the nonhomogeneity of the ink jet head bearing speed and system thereof

The present invention discloses the system and method an ink jet printer, which can automatically correct the non-uniform speed of an ink gun bearing. The present invention includes a test pattern generator, a printing device, an image capturing device, a disposing device and a generator of control signal of the ink gun bearing. The test pattern generator generates at least one test pattern; the printing device is used to print at least one test pattern to a record medium; the image capturing device is used to capture the image of the test pattern; the disposing device reads the image of the test pattern and analyses a comparison list which is generated by the image; the generator of control signal of the ink gun bearing generates ink jet control signal of the ink gun bearing, wherein the generator of control signal of the ink gun bearing adjusts the a time sequence of the ink jet control signal of the ink gun bearing according to the comparison list.
