중학교 스포츠 강사 제도를 통한 학교스포츠클럽 활성화 방안

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to grasp a problem of the sports instructor system in order to active the middle school sports club, and to find out a method of solving the problem accordingly. Methods: this study was to proceed with the research by selecting 7 sports instructors like 4 male instructors and 3 female instructors who had worked in the area "C" located in Gyeongnam as research participants. As for the data collection, this study was to collect the data through the open questionnaire and in-depth interview, and to analyze the data through the inductive analysis method. Results: From the result of this research above, it may be summed up as follows. First, it was to discuss with the operating method of sports instructor and operation adopt of instructors. Second, the school sports club from the viewpoint of sports instructor was recognized as sports for all in the schools as well as a role in the school physical education. Third, as a countermeasure of operating effective school sports club, the construction of human infrastructure and improvement of labor conditions and employment conditions towards the sports instructor must take precedence to secure the sports instructor at the professional level of curriculum with the connectivity and sequence, and various sports. Conclusion: Base on the suggestions from such research findings, it may be summed up in two ways. First, the environment for the type of occupation like sports instructor should be put first in order that they could have self-esteem as a member of school organization. Second, enhancing professional qualifications for improving the teaching ability of sports instructors and equivalent programs should be developed.
