Percutaneous Puncture of Bladder Fistula Micro-pneumatic Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Bladder Stones (Report of 22 Cases)

Objective To ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy of bladder through the skin micro-puncture method of treatment of fistula in the role of bladder stones.Methods Reviewed and summarized 22 cases of bladder stones in patients with clinical treatment.Results Percutaneous bladder puncture ureteroscopy micro-pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of bladder stones has 95.45% success rate.Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder stones with pneumatic lithotripsy difficult to recommend a safe,efficient,simple and fewer complications of treatment,percutaneous pneumatic lithotripsy of bladder fistula.
