IMPORTANT FACTORS FOR TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS

This paper studies about the important factors which impact the training effectiveness with regards to the trainers. Data is analyzed using SPSS tool and a total of 7 important factors which contributes to the training effectiveness from trainers perspective are derived. The components that are in focus are learning through training, effective training, training hygiene factors, training effectiveness, training content, training delivery style, training atmosphere, trainee passion and trainer attitude. The study analyzes each factor to understand how much each will have an impact on the trainers. Research design is Descriptive type. Preparation of a research design facilitates pursuing of a research problem scientifically and achieving valid and reliable results. The study comprises collection of response through Interview for which structured questionnaire formation is carried out. For the feedback analysis using Likert Scale Method, the dataset was prepared. A total of thirty three variables are considered for the study. Principal Componant Analysis method is used as the extraction method. The variables are put to test to see if there is significant amount of variance that each variable shared with the rest of the variables. The factors are distributed in 7 components, (Component 1,2,3,4,5,6,7) which represent 7 different and unique factors or group of behaviors. The cumulative variance percentage explained by the components are checked to see if it indicates that the variables are sufficient. Rotation method used is Varimax with Kaiser Normalization. The variables out of 19 variables that have higher correlation with one of the components are identified as part of the study.
