Ag/α-Ag2MoO4/h-MoO3 nanoparticles based microspheres: the synthesis and photosensitive properties

We report a novel simplest strategy for the silver molybdate functional composite microspheres synthesis based on low molecular weight gelators - the amino acid, silver salt and heptamolybdate ions. The resulting material shows the high photocatalytic activity with respect to the methylene blue dye degradation at the neutral pH value.
