Состав липидов гонад морского ежа Strongylocentrotus pallidus из Японского моря

2000
Lipids' composition in gonads of sea urchin Strongylocentrotus pallidus with carapace diameter 4060 mm has been investigated. Lipids' total content changed depending on stage of gonads' maturity from 6 to 12 % of the raw tissue weight and didn't depend on urchins' sizes. During the whole gonads' maturation process the triglycerids were the predominant lipid class with the maximal concentration at the prespawning stage. Sterols content didn't exceed 2.5 % of total lipids. The main fatty acids were eicosapentaenoic (3.36 mg/g of the raw tissue), vaccenic (1.30 mg/g), palmitoleic (1.30 mg/g) and palmitic (1.08 mg/g). Almost all fatty acids were presented in gonads in the largest quantity at the stage of active gametogenesis.
