Альтернативные подходы к профилактике тахиаритмий в периоперационном периоде коронарного шунтирования

2013
The current methods of prevention and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias in operated patients with coronary heart disease are still far from perfect according to their effectiveness. The prevailing opinion about the limited use of class 1C antiarrhythmic drugs in patients with coronary artery disease (Vaughan-Williams, 1984) emerged as a result of stereotype after research of CAST I and II. The article presents a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of currently available antiarrhythmic schemes with the proposed method. On an adequate clinical material the authors demonstrate the efficacy and safety of prophylactic antiarrhythmic drug "Allapinin" in operated patients with CHD.
