Nursing of 120 Cases of Salpingocyesis Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective:to discuss the nursing measures of salpingocyesis patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for the sake of safe and effective opeartion.Method:120 salpingocyesis patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were given psychological support,adequate preoperative preparation,and close observation after surgery.Biochemical indicators were monitored,unobstructed draught tube was maintained,and health education was provided as to family planning and healthy reproduction.Result:No massive haemorrhage occurred among the 120 patients.Indwelled urinal catheter and abdominal drain tube were removed 24 hours after the operation.No complications were detected,and awareness of family planning policy reached over 90%.Conclusion:Favorable perioperative period can guarantee the successful implementation of laparoscopic surgery of salpingocyesis patients.
