Investigation of BaWO_4 Single Crystal Growth and Stimulated Raman Scattering Property

In the paper,BaWO_4 single crystal has been grown by mean of the Czochralski method.The stimulated Raman scattering(SRS) spectrum of crystal is measured,and the formation of Raman facula is discussed.Nine Raman emission peaks is observed and assigned.The threshold of first Stokes and second Stokes are(3.5)mJ and 6.5mJ respectively.The damage threshold is above 20GW/cm~2.
