Konzept einer integrierten, handlungsorientierten Gesundheits- und Sozialberichterstattung im regionalen Ansatz - Theorien, Methoden, Anwendungsfelder -

Ziel der Arbeit ist die Entwicklung eines integrierten, handlungsorientierten Konzepts der Gesundheitsund Sozialberichterstattung zur Dauerbeobachtung von Lebenslagen und Lebensverhaltnissen im regionalen Ansatz. Es wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie sich in der Berichterstattung gesundheitliche und soziale Aspekte integrieren und in einem Monitoringsystem darstellen lassen, welches einerseits wissenschaftlichen Kriterien genugt und andererseits empirisch umsetzbar ist. Weiterhin wird untersucht, wie im Rahmen der integrierten Berichterstattung eine Handlungsrelevanz erreicht werden kann. Das Konzept orientiert sich am aktuellen Wissenschaftsdiskurs, wonach die gesundheitliche und soziale Lage nicht als ein Nebeneinander von Lebensdimensionen sondern als Kombination dieser dargestellt wird. Dieser theoretisch als sinnvoll begrundete neue Typ der integrierten Berichterstattung wird fur deutsche Stadte mit 200.000 und mehr Einwohnern sowie der Stadte und Landkreise der Region BerlinBrandenburg empirisch umgesetzt. Aim of the work is to develop an integrated, practice oriented concept of health and social reporting. This is necessary to continuously observe situations and circumstances in life in a regional base. The question being pursued is, how healths and social aspects are integrated and how they can be represented in a monitoring system. The monitoring system on the one hand must fulfill scientific criteria and on the other hand be empirically marketable. Furthermore, it is being examined how can be reached relevance in the terms of action in the framework of integrated reporting. The concept is orientated on a current scientific discourse, where the health and social situation can not be presented as being separate of sphere of life, but as a combination. This new type of integrated reporting has been proved to be theoretically accurate and is being empirically implemeted in German cities with 200.000 and more inhabitants, as well as in the cities and rural districts of the region Berlin-Brandenburg.
